What billing includes
Organization billing is handled on the web. The iOS and Android apps are free for invited volunteers.
What happens at a limit?
We stop the metered action and show the team what reached its limit. We do not add automatic overage fees.
Are text and call costs included?
Launch and Growth include the listed message and call volumes after provider setup. Higher-volume or specialized carrier requirements use a reviewed custom agreement.
Can a local coalition share access?
Yes. Pricing is per organization, not per volunteer. Enterprise plans can support larger coalitions and custom data needs.
Is the product partisan?
No. People by Place is built for nonpartisan relationship-based local action and does not infer votes or political preference.
